Immersed Visor

The Immersed Visor is a VR headset that offers dual 4K OLED microdisplays (4K per eye), Immersed's own productivity software an on-board chipset and a battery-powered wireless mode. Immersed says that it collaborated with Qualcomm, Intel and an "undisclosed AR/VR tech giant".

The Visor is expected to ship in 2024.

Samsung Galaxy Watch6 / Watch6 classic

Samsung's 2023 smartwatch series, the Watch6, offers two models (Watch6 and Watch6 classic), both with similar displays - either a 1.3" 432x432 or a 1.5" 480x480 Super AMOLED. The Android Wear 4 OS devices both offer 2G of RAM, 16GB of storage and several sensors.

The Galaxy Watch6 series will start shipping on August 11, starting at around $375.

Apple Vision Pro

The long-anticipated Apple VR headset, the Apple Vision Pro, features dual 1.41" 4K (4000 PPI) microdisplays (reportedly produced by Sony) - and rather surprising it does not have a foveated design. The headset also includes an external OLED display (reportedly produced by LGD) to simulate the user's eyes (reverse passthrough). 

The Vision Pro is based on Apple's M2 chipset, and includes 12 cameras, five sensors, a lidar scanner and six microphones. Inside the headsets there are more cameras and sensors and the device also includes a new chip  used for real-time processing of real-world data (the R1 chip). Apple says the battery life of the Vision Pro is two hours.

Garmin's Epix Pro smartwatch is a high-performance GPS smartwatch that offers a round AMOLED display (there are three sizes, 1.2", 1.3" and 1.4"), a rugged design, built-in LED flashlight, up to 31-day battery life and all-day health monitoring.

The Epix Pro smartwatches are now shipping starting at $899.

Huawei Band 8

Huawei's Band 8 fitness band offers a 1.47" 194x368 (282 PPI) AMOLED display 5 ATM water resistance, heart rate and SpO2 monitoring and a 14-days battery life.

The Band 8 will ship soon starting at around $40 in China.

Rokid's Max AR Glasses offer a lightweight (75 grams) AR experience, that simulates a 215" display from 6 meters away. The glasses are powered by dual Sony 1920x1080 (FHD) 120Hz 600-nits OLED microdisplays.

Garmin Forerunner 265 / 965

Garmin Forerunner's running smartwatches, the 265 and 965 series, sport advanced training features for runners, including heart-rate variability (HRV, sleep quality and training load. The 265 uses a 1.3" 416x416 round AMOLED, while the 965 has a larger 1.4" 454x454 round AMOLED.

Both models will ship by the end of March 2023, starting with $450 for the basic 265 model.
