Scienta Omicron

Scienta Omicron logoScienta Omicron was established in 2017 as a merger between two Surface Science companies - VG Scienta and Omicron NanoTechnology.

For the OLED industry, the company offers VG Scienta's OFT EDGE Series - a deposition system that can be used to deposit and analyse organic and inorganic layers on flexible and solid substrates.

Han's Laser

Han's Laser logoHan's Laser Technology, established in 1996 in China, produces laser equipment, including laser engraving, marking, etching, welding, cutting and more. The company's equipment is used by producers in the electronic, IC, computer, automotive, glass and other markets.

Han's Laser offers cell-level OLED equipment, including OLED cutting, repair and inspection equipment.

Iruja

Iruja logoIruja was established in 2007 in Korea to develop materials and equipment for the display and semiconductor industries. Iruja offers sputtering equipment for the FPD industry, including an in-line type sputter, cluster-type sputter and roll-to-roll type cluster.

Iruja also produces ITO tables and nano powders.

V-Technology

V-Technology logoEstablished in 1997 in Japan, V-Technology develops and provides production systems for the display, solar and LED industries.

For display production, V-technology offers exposure systems, color filter processes and polarization film production systems. In 2018 V-technology announced it is establishing an organic electronics business facility in Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture, to develop a fine hybrid mask technology for next-generation OLED deposition.

In 2018 V-Technology announced it is acquiring Lumitoec, an OLED lighting developer established in 2008 by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, ROHM, Toppan Printing and Mitsui.

UniJet

UniJet logoKorea-based UniJet develops and produces industrial inkjet printing systems for electronic material deposition. The company's systems are used in a wide range of markets, including displays (LCDs, PDP and OLEDs), solar cells, RFID, micro lens and more.

For the OLED market, UniJet offers 2-Gen R&D systems, for the deposition of OLED emission layers or for TFE deposition. In December 2021 it was reported that UniJet sold its first commercial TFE system (to China's Sidtek).

 

Device Eng

Device Eng logoDevice Eng, established in 2002 and based in Korea, supplies automatic control systems for the semiconductor, display and materials industries.

For the OLED industry, Device Eng supplies high-efficiency deposition cleaning equipment and front-open unified pod (FOUP) cleaning equipment for 6-Gen lines. Device Eng also offers FMM cleaning equipment.

Sputtering Components

Sputtering Components logo 2020US-based Sputtering Components Inc (SCI) was established in 2001 to design and manufacture equipment used for physical vapor deposition of thin films. SCI's products include rotating sputtering magnetrons (end blocks and magnetics) and complete vacuum coater lid systems.

For OLED manufacturing, SCI's equipment is used to produce thin film array back planes as well as the anode and cathode layer.

Trovato

Trovato logoUS-based Trovato Mfg was established in 1989 to develop and produce vacuum systems and solutions for thin-film deposition for the opto-electronics research market. Trovato has been making OLED R&D systems and delivered its first one in 1989.

Trovato's systems have been mostly used for materials and device stack research, but the company also offers complete OLED display and lighting production systems, solution processing equipment and more.
