Iruja

Iruja was established in 2007 in Korea to develop materials and equipment for the display and semiconductor industries. Iruja offers sputtering equipment for the FPD industry, including an in-line type sputter, cluster-type sputter and roll-to-roll type cluster.

Iruja also produces ITO tables and nano powders.
