Established in 1994 in Korea, AP Systems (owned by APS Inc., a holding company) provides manufacturing equipment for the semiconductor and display industries.
For the OLED industry, AP Systems provides ELA and LLA systems and OLED encapsulation systems.
In 2022, AP Systems announced that it developed a new system to deposit optically transparent resin (OCR) using an inkjet printing process. In 2023, APS said it managed to produce a 3000 PPI direct-emission OLED using its latest FMM technology.
In 2025, AP Systems announced it will supply Visionox with 8.6-Gen ELA and LLA systems for its V5 line, and also revealed it supplied systems for Visionox's previous lines.
