Philips OLED809 / OLED909 / OLED959

Philips 2024 lineup of OLED TVs is comprised of three series, all utilizing Google's TV platform and Philips' new P5 AI Gen8 image processor. The entry-level OLED809, available in 42-, 48-, 55-, 65- and 77-inch 4K panels, offers WOLED 144Hz VRR EX panels with up to 1,300 nits (peak brightness), and 3-sided ambilight.

The mid-range OLED909, available in 55-, 65- and 77-inch offers LG's Meta 2.0 (MLA) 3000-nits 144Hz VRR 4K WOLED panels, a 3.-1 channel B&O sound system, Philips' new P5 AI Gen8 image processor, and 4-sided Ambilight.

 

The flagship OLED959, available only in 65-inch offers a Meta 2.0 (MLA) 3000-nits 144Hz VRR 4K WOLED panel, 102W 5.1.2-channel B&O sound system, and the Ambilight Plus system that adds multiple lenses to the standard Ambilight to create an even more dynamic and detailed halo effect. 

Philips will start offering its new OLED TVs in the second half of 2024.
