Doosan Electo Materials

Doosan Electro Materials was established in 1974 as part of the Korean Doosan group is a electronic material developer and producer.

For the OLED industry, Doosan produces host materials. In 2015 Doosan signed a business arrangement and cross-patent agreement with Idemitsu Kosan to cooperate on OLED manufacturing.

In 2019 the company announced plans to spin-off its OLED materials unit. The new company is called Doosan Solus.
