The Samsung Show W7900 is the world's first projector-phone, and it has a 3.2" AMOLED display (240x400), TV tuner, 3G/HSDPA connectivity and a 5mp camera. The projector is a 10-lumens, 480x320 DLP projector that can project images up to 50-inch. Here's a video review.
