Denmark-based Polyteknik A/S manufactures and markets PVD thin film deposition systems for research and production. For the OLED market the company offers UHV cluster PECVD systems that include various deposition chambers including thermal evaporation, RF/DC sputtering, Ebeam evaporation and Knudsen cell for organic deposition.

Polyteknik says it sold several such systems used for OLED research.
