TMDisplay

TMDisplay (Toshiba Mobile Display), founded in 2002 was a JV between Toshiba and Matsushita, but is now wholly owned by Toshiba. TMDisplay is involved in design and production of display, focusing on small and medium sized panels. TMDisplay is CDT licensee, and is working on both Small-Molecues OLEDs and P-OLEDs. 

TMDisplay are making OLED panels in sizes up to 3.5" (a recent prototype is 4.15") and are also working on TV-size OLED panels. They claim they will start making TV OLEDs in 2009.
