Universal Display Corporation reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, with revenues of $139.6 million (down from $161.6 million in Q3 2024), and an operating income of $43.1 million (down from $67 million in Q3 2024). The company's net income was $44 million (down from $66.9 million in 2024). UDC says that the lower revenues reflect timing shifts, as customers ordered more materials (pull-in) earlier in the year, in addition to one-time out-of-period adsutment.

UDC revised its 2025 guidance, and now says that it will be at the lower end of its previous guidance of $650 to $700 million. UDC also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share (similar to last quarter).
