UBI Research: the OLED material market grew 7% in 2025 to $2.27 billion, but will slow down in 2026

UBI Research says that the OLED stack materials market grew 7.1% in 2025, and reached $2.277 billion. Leading material providers are Universal Display, Qnity (DuPont), LG Chem, Samsung SDI, Merck, Idemitsu Kosan, SFC, and Solus.

The market share of China-based materials makers (including EMT, LTOM, Summer Sproud, Jilin OLED and others) is increasing, and in total China-based materials makers had a market share of 15%.

UBI expects the market to stagntate, or even decline slightly in 2026, but at a slower rate, as the smartphone market is shrinking mostly due to rising memory prices. This will mostly effect China-based OLED makers and China-based material producers.
