TCL Technology announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, with revenues of 85.5 billion yuan ($12 billion USD), an increase of 6.65% from 2024, and a net profit of 1.9 billion yuan ($265 million USD), almost 90% higher than last year.
The company's display unit, TCL CSoT, announced revenues of 50 million Yuan ($7 billion USD), up 14.4% from 2024, and a net profit of 4.3 billion yuan ($600 million USD), 74% higher than in 2024.
Looking at its OLED business, TCL CSoT says that OLED sales (out of its 6.5-Gen T4 line) continue to grow, and shipments increased 8.7% over last year, with revenues growing by 9.2%. The company remained the fourth largest flexible OLED producer (after Samsung, LGD and BOE).
TCL CSoT reports that it in the first half of 2025, it has successfully completed the construction of its G5.5 printed OLED production line (T12) and its capacity has been increased from 3,000 to 9,000 monthly substrates.
