Tianma company history, from LCD to AMOLED
Tianma was established in 1983, in Shenzhen, China, as a manufacturer of LCD displays. In 2006 the company built its first a-Si TFT LCD line, in Shanghai 2006. By 2009, it had similar fabs in Chengdu and Wuhan.
