Korea-based OLED materials maker Solus Advanced Materials reported its financial results for Q2 2026, with $70 million in revenues (up 31% from Q2 2026) and an operating loss of $14.6 million (down by $7.6 million from last year).
While the company's battery foil business reported strong growth from 2025, its OLED business suffered a 15% decrease from last year, to $18.4 million USD. The company says that this decrease was due to the seasonal off-peak period (but this was true for Q2 2025 too), lower demand for smartphone OLEDs, and customer delays in China.
Solus expects its OLED business to improve in the second half of 2026, as it is starting to supply materials for IT AMOLED panels.
