In November 2025, we reported that OLED material developer Sun Fine Chem (SFC) is planning to IPO in the Korean stock exchange. SFC, based in Korea, develops materials for OLEDs, organic TFTs, PDP displays and other devices. The company is a subsidiary of Hodogaya Chemical.

The company is progressing with its IPO plans, and yesterday the Korean Exchange (KOSPI) announced that it has received an initial listing review application from SFC. This is the first step towards, it will probably take several months before the IPO actually happens.
SFC will now disclose its financial results. In this first application, it revealed that in 2025 it posted revenues of $110 million USD and a profit of $14.7 million.
