Rayvision Technology, also known as Nanjing Ruixian Electronic Technology, was established in 2019 to develop and produce OLED microdisplays.
Rayvision has an 8-inch OLED microdisplay fab in Guangxi, that is currently producing a range of OLED microdisplays, mainly targeting the defense industry. The 8-inch fab, which started production on March 2023, can produce around 400,000 displays per year, and was built in a $41 million investment.
The company is also starting to build a $415 million 12-inch microdisplay fab in Changsha, Hunan Province.
