The company's OLED IP portfolio was acquired in 2020, from OSRAM. These are the patents that OSRAM developed for its old Pictiva PMOLED display range.
In November 2025, a judge in Texas found Samsung guilty of infringing upon Pictiva's patent and ordered to pay $191 million in damages.
