Dell has a new Android device called the Mini 5. It's a (big!) mobile phone with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5Mp camera and a full-multitouch 5" display. Gizmodo thinks it uses an OLED display, but nobody knows for sure. Remember that Dell are also showing a laptop prototype with an OLED, so obviously they are considering OLEDs in their future products.
