Motorola's Z3 (and Z3 Play) are the company's last Modular phones that will support the MotoMods. The phones feature a 6.01" 1080x2160 (402 PPI) Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm snapdragon 636 chipset (835 on the Z3), 4GB/6GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, Dual-SIM and a microSD slot. The Z3 has a fingerprint sensor on the side.
The Z3 Play is now shipping and the Z3 will ship by the end of August for $480 in the US.
