LG says "OLED technology is going to be adopted widely"

R Manikandan, LG's Senior GM—Business Solutions stated that "OLED technology is going to be adopted widely. OLED offers various benefits in terms of sharper picture, better contrast ratio and ultra lower power consumption."

Just last month we heard that LG are going to increase R&D investment, and focus on several new technologies, including OLEDs.
