Irico group was established in 1978 in China and manufactured color picture tube (CPT), LCD and LED-backlit LCDs. Irico produced PMOLED displays and has also begun construction of a pilot AMOLED line back in March 2009 (investment was $75 million).
Irico planned to build two AMOLED production lines in a 9.5 billion yuan ($1.4 billion) investment. It seems as if the company is no longer in business though.
