Korea-based FINETEK announced that it has received the company's larger order to date, a 19.5 billion Won ($13.3 million USD) order to supply equipment for Samsung Display's Vietnam OLED module production line.
FINETEK expects to accelerate its display-related orders in the future. The company has been supplying display production equipment to Korea's local display industry (mainly LGD and SDC) for the past 18 years.
While we don't know exactly what kind of equipment SDC ordered, we do know that FINETEK offers OLED panel loading equipment, cleaning systems, bonding equipment, inspection systems and more.
