Everdisplay Optronics is showcasing some of its latest AMOLED displays at CES 2026, including some new displays that haven't been demonstrated before. We recently posted a spotlight article on EDO, it is great to see these new technology advances.
First up, the company unveiled a 15.1" 120Hz 2560x1600 automotive AMOLED displays, that achieves an ultra-high brightness of 12,000 nits, one of the brightest OLEDs ever demonstrated (beyond OLED microdisplays). This is the peak brightness, the typical brightness is 3,000 nits.
Everdisplay also demonstrated two new laptop AMOLED displays - 14" 2.8K and 15.3" 2.5K. Both panels support refresh rates ranging from 30Hz to 240Hz (VRR), and also offer a wide color gamut (100% DCI-P3) and brightness of 1,600 nits (peak, 500 nits typical).
