IT-CHEM

IT-CHEM, established in 2005 in Korea, produces materials for the display and pharmaceutical industries.

For the OLED industry, IT-Chem produces a wide range of OLED stack materials - HIL, HTL, emitters, ETL and EIL. The company also produces OLED intermediates. In addition, IT Chem produces transparent polyimide, a monomer used to produce flexible and foldable OLED cover films.

In 2020, IT-CHEM was acquired by Cue Investment. In early 2025, the company received a multi-million dollar investment from UDC Ventures. In August 2025, the company went public, and is now trading at the KOSDAQ.

Kebotix

US-based Kebotix develops next-generation materials using advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics technologies. The company automates the scientific method using a proprietary closed-loop R&D process, in order to predict and produce new chemistries in a self-driving lab.

Kebotix targets several markets, including the OLED material market. A few years ago, it announced it plans to introduce its first emitter materials in 2022, this did not happen yet.

Kyulux

Kyulux, established in Japan in 2015, develops Hyperfluorescence TADF OLED emitter systems. The company's technology is exclusively-licensed technology from Kyushu University

In 2016 Kyulux raised $13.5 million from Samsung, LG, Japan Display, JOLED and more, and in 2019 the company announced it raised $31.8 million in its Series B round. In 2023, the company raised $28.6 million in its Series C round.

In October 2019 Wisechip launched the world's first Hyperfluorescence TADF OLED display, a 2.7" yellow PMOLED that adopts Kyulux's HF emitter system. Kyulux started shipping commercial TADF materials for Wisechip in April 2020.

Lomox

UK-based Lomox, established in 2017, is a materials company that is focused on photo-crosslinkable and photo-patternable emissive and charge-transporting materials for printable OLED applications.

LORDIN

LORDIN is an early-stage company established in 2020 that aims to develop efficient blue OLED emitter materials based on triplet harvesting and platinum doping.  The company also offers services to the OLED industry.

LORDIN has raised over $6 million in funds to date, and is looking to IPO in the future. In December 2025, the company announced it has verified the commercial viability of its blue OLED emitter. LORDIN is building a supply-chain in India in collaboration with Laurus Labs.

LTOM

China-based Shaanxi Lighte Optoelectronics Material (LTOM), established in 2010, develops and produces materials for the OLED and pharmaceutical industries.

LTOM produces a wide range of OLED stack materials, including emitters, host materials, and HTL materials. The company is said to be generating the highest revenue among all China-based OLED materials makers, and has an annual capacity to produce 300 tons of materials.

In 2025, the company announced plans to raise $108 million to increase its OLED production capacity as demand for its materials is on the rise. In 2024, the company reported a net profit of $24 million.

LTOM is a public company that trades in the Shanghai STAR Exchange (688150).
