Asus launches new 24.5" FHD OLED monitors, with new panels produced by BOE and Samsung Display

Asus launched a series of three 24.5" FHD (1920x1080) OLED monitors, with are very interesting in terms of the panels used.

Asus 2026 24.5" WOLED/QD-OLED ROG Swift OLED Ace monitor

The first monitor is the PG259QWS Ace, which utilizes a WOLED (WRGB) display, offering a refresh rate of 720p and peak brightness of 1,700 nits. We believe that this panel is produced by BOE, the first such monitor on the market. A few months ago we indeed reported that BOE will start shipping WOLED panels to Asus out of its WOLED 8.5-Gen pilot line in Hefei. The volumes that BOE will be able to ship are quite limited (as the pilot line capacity is very small).
