SonyDrive XEL-1 OLED TV photoSony released plans for the SonyDrive XEL-1, the first ever OLED TV. It's 3mm thin, 11" 960x540 television. With 1,000,000:1 contrast ration, terrestrial digital tuner, speakers, HDMI, USB and Ethernet jacks. It weights 2kg and will have a retail price of about $1,750$ when it is released in December, Japan only.
