SID: Samsung SDI showing a 12.1" OLED laptop prototype

Samsung SDI is showing a 12.1" (WXGA, 1280x768) AMOLED laptop prototype. Samsung is using a-si for the prototype's backplane. They are still on track to deliver 14" laptop displays in 2009.
