Samsung new SGH-D100 phone with OLED screen

Samsung released their new GSM clamshell phone - the SGH-D100A.

The phone has an internal TFT display (65K color), and an external OLED screen (256 color). 

The phone also supports Java, email with multiple accounts, tri-band world roaming, MMS, infrared, and voice memo.
