Lenovo's ThinkBook Twist laptop has a swiveling base that you can use to choose from two displays: a 13.3" 400 nits 60Hz 2.8K AMOLED touchscreen, or a color 13.3" E Ink display. The E Ink will offer a much longer battery life (Lenovo says 21 hours) compared to the OLED display.
The ThinkBook Twist offers Windows 11 OS, Intel's 13th-Gen chipset, up to 16GB of RAM and 1T of storage.
Gigabyte's Aero 14 OLED laptop (2023 version) features a 14" 2.8K (QHD+) AMOLED display, an Intel chipset (up to Raptor Lake-H) and GPU options up to and RTX 4070. The Aero 16 offers a 16" 4K (UHD+) AMOLED.
The company did not yet say when the new laptops will ship, and at what price range.
The Asus ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED and Vivobook Pro 16 3D OLED are two 2023 laptops that are the first to feature Asus' Spatial Vision 3D technology which enables glasses-free 3D images (via a lenticular lens layer and eye-tracking cameras). There's also a Liquid Crystal switching layer that enables to change the screen into a regular 2D display.
The two laptops offer the same 16" 120Hz 3200x2000 OLED display. The fast response time and the high contrast results in very good 3D image quality, which could not have achieved with an LCD display, according to Asus.
LG's Gram laptop series for 2023 all come with OLED displays (reportedly produced by Samsung Display). The Gram Style offers either a 14" 2880x1800 120Hz AMOLED display (14Z90RS model) or 16" 3200x2000 120Hz AMOLED display (16Z90RS model). The laptops offer haptic LED-backlit touchpad, and are based on Intel's 13th-Gen core processors.
The Gram SuperSlim (also called UltraSlim, it seems) offers a 15.6" 16:9 FHD 60Hz OLED display, and is LG's thinnest laptop ever. It is powered by Intel 13th-gen Raptor Lake P-Series processors.
Xiaomi's Book Air 13 laptop offers a 13.3" 2880x1800 16:10 AMOLED display with DC dimming (rather than PWM), Intel's latest generation i5 or i7 chipsets, 16G of LPDDR5 memory and a 512GB SSD drive. The whole laptop is 12mm thick and weighs 1.2 Kg.
Xiaomi did not yet discloe the price or availability of its latest OLED laptop.
Acer's Swift Edge laptop offers a 16" 3840x2400 AMOLED display and is based on an AMD Ryzen 7 6800U CPU. The Swift Edge is said to be the world's lightest 16-inch laptop at 1.17 Kg.
The 2022 edition of Lenovo's foldable laptop, the ThinkPad X1 Fold, offers a 16.3" 2024x2560 touch-enable foldable OLED display (12-inch when folded), an Intel Core i7 chipset, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of PCIe Gen-4 SSD storage.
The ThinkPad X1 Fold will ship in November 2022, starting at $2,499.
Xiaomi's Book Pro 2022 laptop range comes with two variants, the Book Pro 14 and the Book Pro 16. The Book Pro 14 offers a 14-inch 2880x1880 90Hz AMOLED display (no LCD option on either laptops) and Intel's latest hybrid Alter Lake P chipsets (Core i5 or Core i7).
The Book Pro 16 offers similar specifications, but with a larger 16-inch 3840x2400 60Hz AMOLED display.
MSI's Raider GE67 HX is a high-end Windows 11 gaming laptop with a 15.6" 0.2ms 2560x1440 240Hz OLED display (produced by SDC). The laptop is based on Intel's 12th-Gen chipsets (up to Core i9) and Nvidia GPUs.
The Raider GE67 HX should launch soon, as pre-orders are already available.
The HP Pavilion Plus 14 laptop offers either a 14" 16:10 2240x1400 AMOLED display or a 14" 90Hz 2880x1800 AMOLED. The laptop is based on an Intel chipset and has optional Intel or Nvidia GPUs.
The HP Pavilion Plus 14 is now shipping in the US starting at $799.
