A 'PC-Tablet' GMS/EDGE/3G (HSDPA) mobile phone. It runs Windows-Mobile V6, and has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The internal display is a 3.8-inch LCD, and it also has an external 2.2" OLED display that seems to be 'printed' on the case.
