CMEL gets 21M$ from parent CMO for a new AMOLED production line

According to Digitimes, CMO invested 645$NT (~21M$) in CMEL, for a new AMOLED production line.

CMEL is introducing medium-sized AMOLED panels (4.3" and larger).
